Laravel is a free, open-source PHP web framework, created by Taylor Otwell and intended for the development of web applications following the model–view–controller architectural pattern and based on Symfony.

PHP is the go to framework for most developers. mainly due to the high loads and wide spread use. It is also open source so the cost to entry and using is zero which makes it a very attractive option. For us the majority of our team are PHP fundi’s and rate Laravel as the best framework to sue for any new project. Note this is for newer projects and generally ones that are done from scratch. it is possible to sue a decent bootstrap starter option that brings down initial costs due to allot of the console or dashboard user management is done.

Noted though that this is not always the case and each project has its own needs. Either way going with a more stable robust framework for a project is certainly first prize however is mainly dependent on budget and time frames.
