Elula Online has mastered converting files to HTML, which is accepted by the Mobile Intelligence (MI) system. The MI system has a web and touch pad application. There are detailers that we convert from PDF’s to an online presentation on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Detailers have their own set of HTML structure that is accepted by the system. Through HTML coding we make it responsive, enable click-throughs, videos, attachments and calls can be logged in the system on any specific detailer.

The Pharmaceutical industry prohibited the promotions of emailers due to compliance and privacy issues. The MI CRM system helps to track who sent the message and who the recipients were. Each emailer has its own HTML structure that has all the required fields. Elula Online uploads the files to the sandbox which allows the home office and the medical representatives to test before mass distribution. The files can be coded to be responsive and have attachments.
